Delivery Timeline

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad): 2–3 working days
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days
• Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Orders placed before 4 PM on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Charges

• Flat rate of Rs. 250 on orders below Rs. 5,000
• FREE delivery on orders of Rs. 5,000 and above
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide at no extra charge

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers may not always have change.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can also check the status anytime by visiting Track Order.

Delivery Partners

We ship via TCS Courier, Leopards Courier and other trusted nationwide networks. The courier is selected based on your delivery location for the fastest and safest delivery.

What If I Miss the Delivery?

Our courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If you miss all attempts, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to re-dispatch. Re-dispatch may attract additional delivery charges.
